The Northeast Alpaca Expo is preparing for it's 5th year in 2014.  The Expo is run by Alpaca Show Management Services which is a blending of show coordinator veterans Kevin O'Leary and Scott Young who together have run over 55 Alpaca Shows across the country.

Alpaca Show Management Services would not be themselves if they did not bring innovation to their Spring shows.  This spring we believe we are going to blow your alpaca socks off again with the wireless judge cam!  This is where we let you see what the judges see, as they see it and in HD no less!  We are going to put a GoPro camera in each ring with the judges and feed the signal wirelessly to a big screen TV ringside so everyone can watch and get a feel for what the judge is seeing.  Of course so much more goes into place standings than just what you can see, but this new and enhanced show perk will undoubtedly be a positive learning experience for all.  In 2014 we are also going to add a registration perk - Buy 3 entries & get 1 FREE!

Show Judge:
Arturo Pena - All Alpacas
We are really excited about this year's judge, Arturo PenaArturo is new to judging but not at all to alpacas, growing up in Peru and working for a large American farm.  He judged the 2013 Empire Alpaca Extravaganza and did such an amazing job at that show that we immediately booked him for the Expo.

The show will be offering some new and exciting seminars, all free of charge.  Please look at the schedule of events and seminar outlines which will be online.  Due to space limitations some seminars will be limited to 30 attendees on a first come, first served basis.  Also at this year's show we will be holding a silent auction with proceeds benefitting the Nunoa Project and the Camelid Studies program both headed by Dr. Steve Purdy.  Both of these very noble and worthwhile programs need our support.  If you would like to donate items for the auction, time for the project, or money to help with the effort you can visit www.nunoaproject.org.

Should you have any questions relating to the show, please don't hesitate to get in touch with one of the organizing farms.

Don 't forget to send your ARI's, Exhibitor's Disclosure Form, & Owner of Record for Show Entry Form (if applicable) to Scott Young at 7825 County Highway 67, Hancock, NY  13783.

Show Superintendent:  Kevin O'Leary.

We look forward to seeing you in Syracuse at the 2014 Northeast Alpaca Expo!,
